Your organization has been doing research on customers and users. A lot of it, probably. The Showcase is where it all lives — organized, searchable, and actually findable — so the next time someone asks "didn't we already look into this?", the answer doesn't have to be a shrug and a Slack message.
Access is private to your organization. Everything in the Showcase belongs to your team and isn't visible to anyone outside it.
Your invitation email
You should have received an email from accounts@xperius.io with the subject line "Your seat is ready." Click the Accept invitation button to set up your account and sign in.
Two things worth knowing before you click:
The invitation expires in 7 days. If yours is already gone, contact the person who shared the Showcase link with you and ask for a fresh one.
No email? Check spam first. If it's not there, reach out to whoever sent you the link.
Three things you'll find here
The Showcase contains three types of published content:
Studies — A summary of research your team conducted: what they set out to learn, how they went about it, and what they found.
Insights — A discrete finding about customer or user behavior — something your team has observed and considered meaningful enough to document.
Opportunities — An area your organization has identified as worth acting on, typically grounded in research your team has done.
What you can do
Search and filter — Find content by keyword, content type, date, or feature area
Browse Collections — Explore curated groups of related items your team has put together
Bookmark items — Save content you want to return to
Leave comments — React to something or flag a question for the people who published it
Ask Qwin — Put a question to the built-in AI assistant in plain language
