Not sure what to search for — or you know what you want to know but not what it might be filed under? That's what Qwin chatbot is for.

What Qwin actually does
Qwin is the AI assistant built into the Showcase. Ask it a question in plain language — the kind you'd ask a colleague over coffee — and it searches across everything your organization has published to find what's relevant. That includes content spread across multiple items, or content that uses terminology you wouldn't necessarily have searched for yourself.
It's particularly useful when you want an answer, not a list of documents to read.

Questions to try on it
Qwin is built for questions like:
What do we know about why customers churn?
Is there anything published about the mobile onboarding experience?
What has the team learned about enterprise customers in the past six months?
Have we done any research on checkout abandonment?
One honest caveat
Qwin only knows what's been published in your organization's Showcase. It won't invent answers or pull from outside sources — if the content isn't there, it may miss something obvious. If there is something additional you need it to take into consideration in a prompt, consider attaching it to the prompt. If you're expecting to find something and it doesn't come up, it may simply not have been published yet.
When Qwin goes sideways
If you get an unexpected result or an error, try rephrasing the question or switching to manual search. Qwin is good, but it's not infallible — and search is always there as a backup.
