Finding what you need

Getting the most out of the Showcase means answering getting the right data to answer your questions

You probably arrived here with a question in mind. Good — the Showcase is built around that. Here's how to get from endless arguments about our customers to an actual answer.

Start with search

The search bar at the top of the Search page is labeled "Search all published items." Type anything — a topic, a product area, a customer type, a half-formed question — and click Search.

To narrow things down, click Refine search next to the search button. This opens a filter panel on under the search bar with three options: Content type, Creation date, and Feature area.

Narrow it down with filters

Content type — Limit results to Studies (research summaries), Insights (documented findings), or Opportunities (areas identified for action). You can select more than one.

Creation date — Filter by items created before or after a specific date. Useful when you want recent work or are trying to pin down something from a specific period.

Feature area — Filter by product or feature tags your team has applied to published items.

Sort search results to suit how you're looking

Results can be sorted from the upper right of the results list:

  • A to Z — alphabetical by title

  • Newest first — reverse chronological by creation date

Not sure what to search for? Try a Collection

Collections are curated groups of related content organized by your team's researchers around a theme, product area, or initiative — like a reading list someone made so you don't have to start from scratch.

Collections appear as named links in the top navigation bar. If your organization has multiple teams, you can switch between them using the Team dropdown in the nav. This selection changes the active team context filtering Collections, published content, and even selectable features accordingly.
